Grandma

This is not quite how I thought I'd be ending my first month here. Tonight I got an email from my mother to let me know that my grandmother, who has Alzheimer's, has suffered a sudden decline and is in the hospital out in western Washington. She will have to be moved to an assisted living facility immediately. Mom is going out to WA this weekend. There's not much else to say at this point, but I thought I'd post this here because, if anyone is actually reading this, we could certainly use your prayers. Thanks.
